Own the product strategy and live operations of casual mobile games, managing roadmaps, feature scope, prioritization, game systems, progression, balance, retention, and monetization. Use player behavior, feedback, analytics, and testing to guide decisions and continuous improvements. Partner with engineering, art, and marketing teams to document requirements, deliver high-quality features, and improve player engagement.
We are looking for a Product Manager (Game Design) to drive the growth of our casual mobile games. You will shape what we build and why—from designing compelling gameplay and progression to improving retention and monetisation. This is a hands-on role with ownership of product decisions, feature delivery, and results. Working closely with Engineering, Art, and Marketing, you will turn ideas and player insights into experiences that keep players coming back!
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage the game as a product, including the roadmap, feature scope, and delivery from early concepts through live operations.
- Act as the product owner, making priority calls and trade-offs across player experience, data insights, and business goals.
- Translate player behavior, feedback, and metrics into clear product decisions and iteration plans.
- Drive game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics, testing, and continuous tuning.
- Define game systems and features, ensuring clear loops, progression, and risk-reward.
- Create and maintain clear product and feature documentation (PRDs, flows, diagrams, visual references) to align execution.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and art teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Own the quality bar of shipped features and continuously improve the live game.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or data-driven roles in the tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate information objectively, and consider multiple perspectives.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for mobile games, especially puzzle games, and willingness to play and analyse them regularly.
