About The Team
The Basic Platform department is oriented towards the company, providing one-stop development platforms intended to enhance, standardise and unify development processes. We are a one-stop development platform when it comes to raising developer efficiency.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responsible for Product Management and design of the Basic Platform, ensuring the quality delivery of product functions.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of user experience on the Basic Platform, utilising data-driven approaches to improve Customer Satisfaction Scores.
What We Look For In You 
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors or equivalent, with more than 3 years of experience as a (To Business) ToB Product Manager with rich experience in user experience optimisation.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
  • Familiar with DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer processes and related tools, with good technical foundations.
  • Excellent professionalism and ethics. Including but not limited to: communication and responsibility.
