Sendbird is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. Sendbird is the omnichannel AI agent platform enterprises choose to elevate the customer experience by initiating autonomous support & sales conversations, keeping humans in the loop for complex inquiries, and re-engaging customers with proactive business messages. We are the omnichannel AI agent platform enterprises choose to elevate customer experience. Trusted by 4,000+ of the world’s most popular apps—including industry leaders like Match Group, Rakuten, Yahoo, and Coupang—Sendbird powers over 7 billion messages every month.
As Product Manager, AI Agent, you will steer Sendbird’s end-to-end AI Agent offering, shaping innovative ways to build agents, devising rigorous methods to test and evaluate them, surfacing metrics that matter to customers, and enabling friction-free human-in-the-loop collaboration. You will listen to customers first-hand and partner closely with GTM teams to turn those needs into revenue-generating reality.
What you will do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird's AI Agent, establishing it as the industry's leading platform for proactive, omnichannel customer engagement.
- Translate the strategic vision into concrete business outcomes, owning key metrics for the AI Agent product line, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), agent autonomy/resolution rates, churn reduction, and adoption across our diverse customer segments.
- Master the entire AI agent technology stack, from LLM selection and evaluation (e.g., Claude, Solar, Llama2) to RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agentic orchestration frameworks, making informed build-vs-buy decisions that accelerate our roadmap.
- Evangelize the AI Agent vision internally to stakeholders and externally to customers, partners, and the developer community, creating a powerful feedback loop that continuously informs the product roadmap.
- Set and deliver OKRs across the core AI Agent pillars, from creation and evaluation to customer insights and human collaboration.
- Lead 0 → 1 and 1 → n launches, moving fast while upholding a bar-raising product-quality standard.
- Continuously raise execution velocity and quality, inventing processes that let us iterate quickly without compromise.
Who you are
- Customer-Obsessed. You have a proven track record of building products that customers love. You can effortlessly switch between thinking about the needs of a developer integrating an API, a business user configuring a no-code workflow, and an end-user having a conversation with your agent.
- Deeply Technical and Curious. You have hands-on experience with AI/ML products and are comfortable diving deep into technical discussions on topics like RAG, multi-agent systems, and LLM fine-tuning. You understand both the "how" and the "what."
- An Outcome-Driven Builder. You have a strong bias for action and a history of shipping high-impact products. You are motivated by moving metrics and solving real-world customer problems, not just by the technology itself.
- A Master of Influence and Communication. You excel at cross-functional leadership, building consensus, and communicating complex ideas with clarity and conviction to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ years focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered products (experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or agentic systems is a significant plus).
- A strong technical foundation, demonstrated through a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience working directly with AI/ML engineering and data science teams.
- Experience with API-first products, developer platforms, or SaaS platforms. You understand how to build for and market to a developer audience as well as less technical audiences.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience defining product metrics, running A/B tests, and using data to make informed decisions and drive product growth.
- Business-level proficiency in English
