As a Procurement and Supply Chain Intern, you will assist the Procurement and Supply Chain team in managing sourcing, inventory, and supplier relationships to support the successful delivery of our hardware projects. This role is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Role responsibilities

Support the team in sourcing and evaluating local and international suppliers.

Assist with obtaining quotations and comparing prices to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Help track inventory levels and manage documentation for supplier performance.

Coordinate logistics tasks, including tracking deliveries and preparing documents for customs.

Use procurement software and tools to manage records, update databases, and maintain accurate files.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Required experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Interest in procurement and supply chain management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with procurement software is a plus.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
