Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support business functions by reviewing their contracts, identifying operational gaps and deviations, and coordinating with them to secure completeness and alignment with internal policy requirements.
1.Review all supplier contracts and supporting documentation to assess completeness and compliance.
2.Identify and document compliance gaps including missing appendices, expired contracts, incorrect approvals, missing signatures, and incomplete contract records on the system.
3.Coordinate with business functions and contract owners to obtain missing documentation, resolve discrepancies and closure of corresponding gaps.
4.Monitor contract validity periods and proactively inform contract owners to ensure timely renewal or re-sourcing activities.
5.Report progress by maintaining tracking logs and preparing status updates on contract review activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
