The Customer Relations Officer ensures a positive shopping experience for IKEA visitors, manages queries, and oversees children’s safety and store cleanliness.

Provide excellent customer service by assessing needs, advising on IKEA products, and maximizing sales. Maintain merchandising standards: keep displays clean, priced, stocked, and analyze sales space for stock availability. Support commercial activities, assemble furniture when needed, and work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Coordinate local marketing efforts to enhance brand perception, manage internal communications, and execute PR events in Singapore IKEA stores.
