Provide co-worker support and administrative assistance, work during weekends/peak periods, and commit to a six-month placement.

Lead integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to grow footfall and brand equity. Own content strategy, copywriting, brand stewardship, campaign coordination, paid media optimisation, reporting and analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and agency/vendor management to support customer engagement and tenant success.

Manage and publish content across social and digital channels, coordinate paid media assets with agencies, monitor and respond to community interactions, collect and report digital performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaigns and optimise customer engagement and tenant success.

The Customer Relations Officer ensures a positive shopping experience for IKEA visitors, manages queries, and oversees children’s safety and store cleanliness.
