Supports IKEA Singapore’s local marketing and communication team through customer research, brainstorming, content and graphic creation, event coordination, planning, and administrative tasks. Manages store internal communication channels, including digital signage, notice boards, Microsoft platforms, intranet, and store content. The role requires collaboration across three Singapore stores, strong communication and organization skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency, and availability for retail shifts, weekends, holidays, and a minimum five- to six-month commitment.

Reviews supplier contracts and supporting documents for completeness, compliance, approvals, signatures, and validity. Identifies and tracks documentation gaps, coordinates with business functions and contract owners to resolve discrepancies, monitors renewal timelines, and prepares progress reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate document review, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

The Customer Relations Officer ensures a positive shopping experience for IKEA visitors, manages queries, and oversees children’s safety and store cleanliness.
