Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks, wealth management firms and family offices, Blackstone Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Job Title: Investor Services, Associate

Job Description:

  • Project management across various teams including legal, operations, sales and marketing to effectively onboard new distribution partners

  • Assist in the operational aspects of onboarding Blackstone Funds to various service provider & distribution platforms globally

  • Field operational inquiries from distribution partners & internal sales teams on Blackstone investment offerings

  • Liaise with Blackstone business units, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers relating to account opening, client inquiries, problem resolutions, and reconciliations

  • Develop strong understanding distribution partners’ operational platforms

  • Implement efficient and consistent processes across various funds in different regions

  • Assist in ad hoc projects, research, and proposals to strategize and support Private Wealth expansion including new geographic markets and new business channels

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Work experience in the fund business industry or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem analysis and resolution

  • Ability to identify & summarize issues & recommendations

  • Ability to work efficiently in a deadline dynamic environment

  • Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently in a team‐oriented environment

  • Understanding of HNW and Financial Advisor operating model is preferred

  • Knowledge of alternative investment fund and operational terms is helpful

  • Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients

  • Proficiency in Asian languages (preferred)
