Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. This role will support the origination, execution, and ongoing management of transactions in the private capital markets, focusing on issuances and listings on the ADDX platform. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution and continuous improvement of the issuer onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Origination & Analysis:
- Assess the suitability of potential issuers and their products for listing on the ADDX platform.
- Conduct due diligence and transaction analysis to determine feasibility and alignment with platform requirements.

Transaction Execution & Deal Structuring:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Operations, Finance, Legal/Risk/Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Technology to support deal execution and structuring.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as C-suite executives and fund managers to facilitate transaction progress and execution.
- Assist in problem-solving and structuring of issuances, supporting legal and other execution matters, including reviewing issuance documentation from a commercial perspective.
- Prepare financial models to evaluate the economics of listing on the ADDX platform.
- Draft and coordinate marketing materials for issuers and stakeholders.
- Continuously refine the issuer onboarding and transaction execution processes to improve efficiency.

Issuer Onboarding & Account Management:
- Support the onboarding and periodic review of issuance customers on the platform.
- Assist with account management for issuance customers, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction with the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline the onboarding process and document requirements for customers.

Subscription & Redemption Reporting:
- Report the total Open-Ended Funds subscription and redemption orders on the respective fund’s window closing date.
- Publish Open-Ended Funds Net Asset Value (NAV) and complete subscription/redemption orders.
- Complete Distribution Pay-out for Open-Ended Funds with distribution share classes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience in financial advisory, investment banking, management consulting, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and models.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of financial markets, capital raising, and investment products is a plus.
