Job Description

Goals and scope of work:

The primary goal of the Product Strategy team is to help Grab to fulfill its Product Vision in an accelerated and sustainable way via the Empowered way of working. We will do that by anchoring our scope of work in the following areas:


  • Develop and maintain coherent strategy across verticals and platforms product teams 
  • Identify new opportunities, threats and latest tech/market trends to help develop long-term strategic plans for future products, including partnership opportunities to accelerate realization of our roadmap
  • Set direction and rhythm in the tech roadmap planning and review to ensure focus on actions towards company and tech priorities
  • Resolve gaps in the planning and execution to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive the kaizen to evolve tech operating structure and the overall organization composition to improve agility and velocity to impact
  • Support talent development roadmap in tech to continuously uplevel the hard and soft skills of our talents

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or equivalent roles within tech-based or consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems, and emerging tech trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, product definition and driving product requirements.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex technology concepts.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion and comfortability working in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of presenting to and influencing senior management.
