As a Vice President in our APAC Payment Rail Product team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cash management and liquidity solutions for our clients.
As a Vice President in the APAC Payment Rail Product team, you will manage end-to-end product delivery and commercialization. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the cash management needs of our clients in the Asia Pacific region. Your role will be pivotal in driving business initiatives and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.
The APAC Payment Rail Product team is part of the Global Payment Rail, focusing on delivering cutting-edge payment and receive capabilities. You will be at the forefront of product management, working with a diverse team to support our clients' overall cash management needs.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and own product delivery working across and be central point of contact for wider team across Product, Operation, Technology and other internal partners.
- Manage and own product marketing and commercialization covering industry knowledge, market/regulation knowledge and ability to engage internal and external stakeholder/client.
- Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end product perspective.
Required qualification, capabilities and skills:
- 5 or more years of experience on Payments/ Transaction Banking Space.
- Ability to manage internal and external client engagement.
- Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and deliver tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related disciplines.
- Inclusive and Collaborative attitude that are able to navigate stakeholder.
Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills:
- Experience on Agile product development.
- Ability to navigate global stakeholder and may require to travel.
