WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Build merchants confidence by acting as a technical business consultant in pre-sales phases
- Engaging with clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions
- Be a trusted advisor when it comes to ecommerce and provide best solution plans to our merchants
- Creating customized product demos and proof of concepts for use during on-site or virtual client demonstrations
- Becoming an expert on our product ecosystem and integrations
- Aligning with product and R&D teams on future roadmaps and sharing feedback on released features and client trends
- Mentoring and coaching the sales team on technical aspects
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses operate; Experience in SaaS and/or ecommerce is a plus.
- Good rhetorical skills and experience in engaging with Customers.
- Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and fundamentals.
- Ability to co-own the Sales Cycle together with the Sales Team.
- Curiosity when engaging with various stakeholders and new technologies.
- Deep understanding of technical strategy as it relates to operating and growing ecommerce businesses.
- Demonstrate great solution selling - Through storytelling and solution demos, help merchants understand how we solves challenges and visualize their future with our products and solutions.
- Great troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on.
- Passion for technology & ecommerce; Entrepreneurship and team spirit.
