Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales and technical pre-sales cycle
- Understand the merchant, payout and payin partners' needs and propose suitable solutions using the company's product
- Gather the partner's requirements, validate the use cases, and confirm the project scope before handing it over to the inbound onboarding team
- Perform market research to become knowledgeable about our industry and competitors
- Be an expert on our different products at Thunes
Professional Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in solution consulting and technical project management with external stakeholders
- Working at payment and/or fintech industry
- Deep understanding of payment and merchant solutions in the fintech domain
- Excellent communication skills and ability to:
- Pitch Thunes confidently
- Explain our products clearly
- Technical translation of effective solution need/requirement to the product team
