Collaborate with architecture, product, and global engineering teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.

Lead Singapore compliance as MLRO, deploy and align Thunes Group compliance frameworks (AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC), support KYC and transaction monitoring, manage regulatory relationships with MAS and local authorities, perform risk assessments, remediate audit findings, train stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities across regions.

Own and scale the global MarTech stack, embed AI across workflows, automate lead research and enrichment, optimise inbound/outbound engines, manage lifecycle and attribution using Salesforce/Pardot, Dreamdata and other analytics to connect marketing activity to revenue, and support SDRs, events and cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven tools and reporting.

Lead global employee experience strategy and regional APAC workplace operations. Drive engagement surveys, grow a culture champion network, design strategic events, analyze feedback for action, and manage office operations, vendors, budgets, space planning, and H&S compliance.

Turn complex data into actionable insights by partnering with stakeholders, building production-grade dashboards and reports (Tableau), writing production SQL and Python, ensuring data quality with data engineers, and improving reporting standards to support product and operational decisions.

Support the APAC Regional Controller to ensure accurate, compliant financial records and reporting. Lead accounting close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audits, and regulatory filings. Implement internal controls, partner with Accounting Operations, FP&A, Legal, and cross-functional teams, and provide variance analysis and financial insights to stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid B2B accounts, act as primary client contact, resolve operational issues, drive adoption, identify cross-sell/upsell, coordinate with product/sales/compliance, maintain CRM data, and support rollouts of new services.

Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers, ensuring the stability and performance of Thunes' global payment platform through investigation and resolution of operational issues.
