Portfolio Solutions Leader – South East Asia

• Support countries in achieving Portfolio Solutions budget
• Drive increased adoption and penetration of Portfolio Solutions across South East Asia by working closely with local placement teams and segment leaders
• Drive increased adoption and penetration of Global Portfolio Solutions across Asia by working closely with local placement teams, Asia Placement Hub and segment leaders
• Deliver innovative and sustainable client solutions through improved product design, efficient use of Marsh’s portfolio, and effective access to (re)insurance capacity with collaboration with wholesale team
• Ensure all countries operate within the global Portfolio Solutions framework and comply with applicable operating principles, including structure, compensation, insurer selection, service standards, and approval requirements

• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in insurance and/or broking
• Strong knowledge of portfolio solutions, placement strategy, and insurance market dynamics
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, and carrier partners
• Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and lead across a matrix organisation

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver outcomes on time
