Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Placement Team at Marsh. This role will be based in South East Asia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Reporting to the Portfolio Solutions Leader, this role supports the achievement of budget and the development and execution of the Portfolio Solutions strategy across South East Asia. The role is responsible for driving Marsh revenue, client value, growth, and operational excellence through effective engagement with countries, segments, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
  • Support countries in achieving Portfolio Solutions budget
  • Drive increased adoption and penetration of Portfolio Solutions across South East Asia by working closely with local placement teams and segment leaders
  • Drive increased adoption and penetration of Global Portfolio Solutions across Asia by working closely with local placement teams, Asia Placement Hub and segment leaders
  • Deliver innovative and sustainable client solutions through improved product design, efficient use of Marsh’s portfolio, and effective access to (re)insurance capacity with collaboration with wholesale team
  • Ensure all countries operate within the global Portfolio Solutions framework and comply with applicable operating principles, including structure, compensation, insurer selection, service standards, and approval requirements
What you need to have:
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in insurance and/or broking
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio solutions, placement strategy, and insurance market dynamics
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, and carrier partners
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and lead across a matrix organisation
