Your Team, Your Impact
The Planning team is responsible for supporting end-to-end operational planning, inventory governance, and coordination across factories, contract manufacturers, and regional partners. We manage key planning processes, including supply visibility, B2B WIP transaction coordination, data reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient material flow. Our team partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to maintain strong process controls and enable smooth execution across the network.What You Can Expect
B2B WIP Coordination
Support the daily coordination of B2B WIP transactions between factories, contract manufacturers, and regional teams. Track transaction progress and ensure all movement is completed in accordance with defined procedures. Escalate delays or mismatches to senior planners or relevant stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Support
Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. Provide administrative and data support for planning cycles as needed.
Reporting & Documentation
Update trackers, reports, and dashboards to reflect WIP status and progress. Prepare summary reports for planning and operations teams. Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvements. Document discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
Data Validation & Reconciliation
Perform basic data checks to ensure accuracy of WIP quantities across systems. Assist with weekly and monthly reconciliation activities.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering; PivotTables/VLOOKUP an advantage).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes accurately, good communication and teamwork skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Comfortable handling data, performing checks, and escalating issues appropriately with willingness to support month‑end activities, including data validation, WIP reconciliation, and report preparation.
Eagerness to learn planning processes and understand supply chain workflows.
Prior internship or experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or inventory coordination is preferred
Familiarity with ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and/or basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as inventory, WIP, or material flow will be advantageous
