  • Management & Investor Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly operational and financial data and insights for internal (management & department heads) and external stakeholders (investors)
  • Performance Tracking: Support the Commercial organization in its tracking of Sales KPIs (e.g. revenue attainment rates) and the implications for the Sales Incentive Plan(s)
  • Business Partnering: Collaboration with the Commercial team to prepare monthly rolling revenue outlooks, and to interpret observed trends and data points (e.g. commentary on variances to plan at individual client and product level)
  • Financial Modelling: Update and improve the consolidated Coda long-term financial model used to evaluate the company’s trajectory and, potentially, new investment opportunities
  • Project Management: Process improvement and cross-functional project management skills a major plus. Specifically, coordinating high-impact initiatives, tracking deliverables accurately and efficiently, and ensuring successful implementation of FP&A / business control transformation and improvement projects
  • Ad hoc responsibilities, as discussed with your manager

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of FP&A / business control / business partnering experience, ideally within an MNC or growth / scale-up environment

  • Adept in data visualisation tools and graphic illustration of data for effective financial storytelling
  • Experience working with diverse teams across multiple geographies and cultural backgrounds
  • Experience working with Anaplan (financial planning software) a plus
  • Passionate about financial data and analytics
  • Strong willingness to learn, with a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
