We are hiring 3 – 4 commercial interns for our Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam (MSV) Sales & Market Operations Team based in Singapore! You will manage projects designed to impact the business and consumers across the MSV region!

From DAY 1, you will have responsibilities and will work on exciting real-live business projects. To be successful in this internship role, you will need strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.  You’ll work on whitespace analysis projects and conduct market research for product launches and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Define Growth Models for unlocking growth of P&G brands, channels and customers

  • Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.

  • Strategize through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to build holistic business plan and break possible barriers & challenges to deliver the best results

  • Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives

  • Leverage deep understanding of market & customers dynamic, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability, supply chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans.

Job Qualifications

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025

  • Effective Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strategic and analytical thinking/problem-solving abilities, able to connect multiple data points to further generate new insights

  • Ability to set specific goals and meet or exceed them

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
