Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads(SEM), Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- Identify optimization opportunities / growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Implement innovative strategies that's aligned industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising.
- Mentor and lead a team of performance marketing professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently to enhance campaign performance and innovation
- Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
- Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads / SEM)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads(SEM), Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing Search advertising campaigns
- Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
- Possess a sharp eye for detail coupled with the ability to see how small details make up the bigger picture - Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
- Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)
- Proven track record of managing team members
