Job Description - People Operations Specialist (12 months contract)

Provide day to day employee lifecycle support such as onboarding, offboarding and maintaining employees (including contingent worker) information

Coordinate and perform checker role in new hire pre-onboarding activities - ensure documentation accuracy, background checks clearance approvals and system accesses readiness

Collaborate with other stakeholders including People Partner Talent Acquisition, Legal, End User Computing, Identify Access Management teams to deliver seamless employee experience

Ensure operational aspects of employee lifecycle activities including attend to queries related to salary disbursement, leave records and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames and comply with relevant country legislation

Support benefits operations and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders

Effectively manage timelines of tasks and adhere to it strictly

Work on adhoc HR initiatives as assigned
Role Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business or related field

At least 5 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore, of which 2 years of experience in supporting day to day operations with outsourced payroll & benefits vendor

Good knowledge of country statutory regulations and Employment Act

Experience in using Workday / SuccessFactors will be an added advantage

Has an eye for details, strong attention to confidentiality, process and efficiency

Ability to manage and resolve operational issues in a timely and detailed manner

Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite of applications

Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful, analytical and a proactive team player plus the willingness to step up to do more outside assigned scope
