What your day-to-day will look like
- Culture Programs & Employee Experience
- Support the implementation of global culture and employee experience initiatives in APAC.
- Assist with the execution of engagement programs, campaigns, and employee experience activities.
- Help ensure consistency between global culture initiatives and local execution.
- Act as a bridge between APAC teams and the Global Culture team, helping bring EBANX's culture and values to life across the region.
- Provide regional context that helps ensure programs and experiences are relevant for APAC.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
- Assist with culture campaigns, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Adapt global communication materials when required.
- Support the execution of local and regional events.
- Assist with logistics, vendors, registrations, materials, and attendee experience.
- Support the delivery of All Hands, workshops, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Be responsible for administrative and operational activities related to office facilities and workplace experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office.
- Handle payments, invoices, purchase requests, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office supplies, workplace materials, and operational resources.
What you need to shine in this role
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and supporting a globally distributed team.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on employee experience.
- Adaptability and curiosity to navigate different cultural and business environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting regional or global teams.
- Experience working with employee engagement, survey, or people-related data.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and culture programs.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
