As a Mid-Level Software Production Engineer, you'll manage production reliability in APAC, troubleshoot production issues, and support new payment integrations, enhancing operational processes and collaboration with international teams.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese merchants targeting LATAM, delivering year-over-year revenue through upsell/cross-sell, negotiating commercial terms, driving merchant satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and using data-driven strategies and Salesforce to manage pipeline and performance.

Manage technical relationships with merchants by monitoring payment platform performance, investigating incidents using SQL, APIs and log tools, resolving transaction issues, communicating escalations, and driving product and operational improvements. Support implementations, track KPIs (volume, approval, chargebacks), and collaborate with product, engineering, fraud and commercial teams to optimize payment solutions.
