KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Perform technical tests and experiments to support Metrology (Metro) and RDA process development in wafer fabrication.
- Execute test runs, and prepare records, charts, and data analysis for engineering review to identify yield issues and support new product development.
- Provide hands-on technical support to PDE engineering activities in pilot and production environments.
JOB DETAILS
- Analyze measurement data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Implement and sustain solutions within HBM pilot line manufacturing.
- Quickly identify, investigate, and escalate process abnormalities.
- Support engineering experiments, DOEs, and line qualifications.
- Troubleshoot chronic tool issues and drive long-term fixes
