As an Associate in the Payments Corporate Sales team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting Payments Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include gathering client and market intelligence for both new and existing clients, as well as supporting various sales team needs such as pipeline management, deal execution, pricing and fee billing support, preparing client pitch materials, and other related tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment and develop your client and stakeholder management skills through interactions with clients, corporate bankers, product teams, client service, implementation, and other functions. Based in Singapore, you will be part of the broader Asia-Pacific Payments Corporate Sales team, collaborating and growing alongside colleagues across the region.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales targets and drive business growth by prospecting, pitching, and delivering solutions to clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of Payments solutions and generate a meaningful sales pipeline.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from originating opportunities to revenue realization.
- Serve as a key contact for Payments, building and maintaining trustworthy client relationships.
- Assist the Sales team with pitch materials, RFP/RFI submissions, and preparation of proposals for internal approvals. Build and understand pricing and profitability models.
- Conduct research on existing and prospective client portfolios, prepare client and industry analysis, and provide market sizing research by region.
- Review and analyze transactional data to identify key trends, risks, and pricing/billing inefficiencies.
- Take ownership of business and control processes relevant to client administration and reporting needs.
- Collaborate closely with a global network of corporate bankers and Payments colleagues to support business activities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payments or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems into clear, concise conclusions.
- Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure effective follow-up.
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources effectively.
- Aspiration to develop sales and technical skills for future advancement into a Sales Development role.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3 years of front office experience preferred.
