Job Description
As the FinTech sector continues to show strong momentum across the Asia Pacific region, we are looking to recruit a Vice President to drive the client acquisition and cross sell execution for third party payment processors (TP3s) / FinTechs across both inbound and outbound clients in Singapore. The core focus of the role will be on providing the full suite of Payment capabilities including cash management, foreign exchange, liquidity, and information management solutions to this sector.
The role requires the candidate to be a strong originator across the payment services / FinTech sector. Industry experience with an existing network within Singapore is also preferential.

As the FinTech sector continues to show strong momentum across the Asia Pacific region, we are looking to recruit a Vice President to drive the client acquisition and cross sell execution for third party payment processors (TP3s) / FinTechs across both inbound and outbound clients in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on firm-wide strategic priorities, taking responsibility for new sales and portfolio growth across the TP3/Fintech/VASP sector.
- Maintain active dialogue with all clients across markets, share industry trends, and host thought leadership forums.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the risks inherent in the TP3/Fintech/VASP sector, and conduct thorough due diligence to identify and assess client-level AML and sanctions-related risks and controls.
- Take ownership of Know Your Customer (KYC) records for certain clients.
- Drive customer centricity and co-create innovative solutions by leveraging the power of the JPMC franchise across existing and potential clients of the Bank.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player with global and regional stakeholders, including Corporate Bank, Global Markets, Investment banking, and other CIB colleagues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and build segment-level value propositions for solutions and proposals that also drive marketing efforts.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 5 Years of Cash management experience and minimum 2 years of experience within TP3/Fintech/VASP Sector.
- Successful track record of originating and driving new business development combined with senior relationship management experience.
- Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment, as well as a strong business sense with a strategic and conceptual orientation.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Business or other relevant fields
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- A strong understanding of Asia Pacific TP3/Fintech/VASP landscape and existing network within the local Singapore TP3/Fintech/VASP market highly preferred.
