By connecting strategy, governance and execution, it helps transform shared ambitions into meaningful and consistent outcomes across the Region and Markets.

As Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion, you will play a central role in shaping the frameworks, governance and ways of working that unite our Fashion division across 360 métiers. Acting as a key link between Global, Regional and Market stakeholders, you will help translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities, driving alignment, accountability and impactful execution across key Fashion initiatives.

Build alignment and shared ownership across stakeholders, reducing silos and ensuring key Fashion initiatives are delivered with consistency and collective commitment.

  • Streamline Ways of Working: Optimise workflows across all project phases – from framing to execution and measurement – enabling teams to collaborate efficiently and move seamlessly towards shared goals. Ensure clarity and collaboration on One House calendars and key projects.

  • Support transverse Projects: Lead and coordinate ad hoc or cross-functional initiatives by building taskforces with the right stakeholders, ensuring timely progress on key topics. Integrate successful outcomes into ongoing ways of working to drive continuous improvement and long-term impact.

  • Clarify Measurement & Reporting: Define success criteria and reporting principles, helping teams track progress, drive accountability and support continuous improvement.

You are energised by

  • Connecting strategic ambition with practical execution across regional and local teams.

  • Navigating complexity, bringing stakeholders together and enabling collective decision-making.

  • Building efficient ways of working that help teams collaborate with purpose, discipline and agility.

What you will bring

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to bring structure, prioritisation and discipline to complex topics.

  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage, align and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.

  • Strategic curiosity, with the ability to connect brand, business and operational priorities into clear actions.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create shared understanding.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on measurable outcomes, learning and long-term impact.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large organisations.

  • Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive execution across functions, markets, and levels of seniority.

  • Experience designing governance frameworks, establishing ways of working, and embedding sustainable operating models within dynamic organisations.

  • Strong understanding of the Fashion business cycle, including collection milestones, commercial planning, and key moments that shape execution across markets and functions.
