WORK LOCATION : TAI SENG, SINGAPORE

Job Summary
Performs a variety of more complex administrative for a department or group.
Essential Functions

  • Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly APAC Operations reports and dashboards.

  • Monitor and analyse OTIF, backlog, shipments, customer delivery, forecast accuracy and other operational KPIs.

  • Provide clear performance insights and delivery scorecards for management and Sales reviews.

  • Analyse performance gaps and root causes, and track corrective actions to completion.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions and operational control documents.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and coordinate approved continuous-improvement initiatives.

  • Automate recurring reports and improve operational data accuracy and consistency.

  • Support operational cost, productivity, workload and capacity analysis.

  • Coordinate documentation, training records and follow-up actions for internal and external audits.

  • Prepare meeting materials, maintain action registers and provide operational analysis when required.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

  • At least two years of relevant experience in operations reporting, process improvement, supply chain or business support.

  • Experience preparing management reports, analysing operational KPIs and documenting SOPs or work processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Power Query or Power BI would be an advantage.

  • Experience working with an ERP system; Oracle experience is preferred.

  • Experience in a multinational, medical-device, healthcare, regulated or distribution environment would be an advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent initiative, organizational abilities, attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently while interacting with employees of all levels of the organization

  • Highly organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a team of diverse people and programs

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Experience in ERP (Syteline/Oracle) systems and PLM (Agile) systems
