Assist in driving digital transformation initiatives within the department.
Develop business requirements and work with IT to deliver system enhancements
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify opportunities in operational excellence on man-hour savings, turnaround time reduction, process simplification etc.
Develop, maintain, and update documentation of project processes ,workflows and procedures.
Conduct training / presentation on improvement initiatives, approach, and techniques.
Operational Support:
Provide backup support for processing tasks when required.
Ensure seamless operations during staff absences, manpower gaps, or peak period volume.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresh grads with good aptitude may also apply.
Strong analytical capability, understands operational pain points, and can visualize the entire process from initiation to customer delivery
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI driven enhancement or workflow re-design is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodology will be advantageous.
Strong project management skills; Adaptive and flexible in changing strategic contexts; Self-driven & independent to lead / facilitate projects
