Key responsibilities:
Assist with finance-related admin including POs, invoicing, and budget tracking
Maintain accurate documentation for suppliers, talents and production assets
Support resourcing logistics, including freelancer bookings, onboarding, and documentation
Help maintain trackers and internal databases (e.g., freelancer lists, supplier contacts, budget records)
Liaise with stakeholders (e.g., finance, creative, account management) to gather necessary operational info
Support with vendor management tasks — collating quotes, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance
