1. Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

We are looking for confident, detail-oriented fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join our growing Operations teams in Singapore. The focus of this programme will be deliverable exceptional corporate governance support services to our Singapore-based clients. 

No prior experience is needed - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training covering Singapore regulatory frameworks and modern corporate operational processes. If you have a growth mindset, are a confident communicator, enjoy real-world problem solving and are keen to launch a career in Operations, this is the ideal starting point.

As an Operations Executive, you will support client governance and corporate compliance under the guidance of senior team members. You will help execute daily regulatory workflows and deliver accurate, timely service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Learn & Apply Compliance Knowledge: Under supervision, execute business critical corporate governance tasks, ACRA statutory filings, and client compliance updates.
• Deliver Great Client Service: Respond to client inquiries with passion and enthusiasm, becoming their trusted advisor using best practice industry procedures.
• Ensure Regulatory Accuracy: Maintain accurate statutory registers, corporate documents, and administrative records within required legal deadlines.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside senior associates and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.

• No prior work experience is required
• Must be based in Singapore and hold current legal authorisation to work in Singapore
• Education: Diploma or Degree. Fresh graduates from Universities or Polytechnics are strongly encouraged to apply.

The hiring process typically takes no more than 2 weeks from start to finish.

1. Talent Acquisition Call: A 15-20 minute call with one of Sleek’s recruiters to understand your motivations and background.
2. Case Study: A ~90 minute call with a member of the hiring team, where you will be given some problem solving questions.
3. Reference Call: If you have prior work experience, we’ll request to have a short call with your prior manager
