Hunter-focused partnerships role to identify, engage and activate new partners in Singapore. Execute outreach campaigns, onboard partners, track pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with marketing/sales to drive partner-driven customer acquisition (target: 10 new partners/month and 30 new customers/month).

Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative sales conversations with founders, startups and SMEs. Advise on Sleek services, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with sales team, use AI tools to prepare and qualify leads, and contribute process improvements to increase conversion.

Provide one-month Singapore corporate secretarial support focused on data quality, reconciling and filing ACRA/Bizfile records, diagnosing recurring data mismatches, testing CS transformation projects, and producing SOPs and a structured handover to the permanent team.
