Support the Global COO office’s business process management team by building AI-powered automations, improving SOPs, analyzing customer and operational data, identifying systemic fixes, and supporting cross-functional continuous improvement projects across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK.

Lead the architecture and delivery of complex SaaS applications and platform services across the full stack. Build scalable APIs, databases, cloud-native services, and AI-powered workflows while improving reliability, observability, and developer productivity. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring, engineering standards, and production ownership. The role requires autonomy, deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise, full-stack delivery, internal tooling experience, and experience shipping AI capabilities in production.

Support corporate governance and compliance operations for Singapore-based clients. Responsibilities include executing ACRA statutory filings, maintaining statutory registers and corporate records, responding to client inquiries, meeting regulatory deadlines, and collaborating with senior and cross-functional teams. The role provides comprehensive training and is suited to graduates or entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving ability, and an interest in technology and AI.

Manage and grow online entrepreneur communities, build member relationships, create engaging content, and organize online and offline events. Develop community strategies, support members, analyze engagement metrics, and produce actionable reports. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally, use social media and AI content tools, and continuously optimize campaigns and community initiatives. Applicants must be located in Singapore and commit to a six-month internship.

Hunter-focused partnerships role to identify, engage and activate new partners in Singapore. Execute outreach campaigns, onboard partners, track pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with marketing/sales to drive partner-driven customer acquisition (target: 10 new partners/month and 30 new customers/month).

Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative sales conversations with founders, startups and SMEs. Advise on Sleek services, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with sales team, use AI tools to prepare and qualify leads, and contribute process improvements to increase conversion.
