Support daily payments operations for Sleek Business Account: monitor, reconcile, and settle transactions; investigate exceptions; produce payment insights; assist with AML/KYC/PCI-DSS compliance; document processes; and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Customer Success, and Tech teams to improve payment flows.

Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative sales conversations with founders, startups and SMEs. Advise on Sleek services, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with sales team, use AI tools to prepare and qualify leads, and contribute process improvements to increase conversion.

Own lifecycle segmentation, content, and engagement to drive acquisition, retention, and upsell. Build HubSpot workflows, run data-driven experiments, use AI to scale messaging, track KPIs (open rates, CTR, CVR, pipeline), and deliver dashboards and playbooks to optimize conversion and renewals.

As a BPM Intern, you'll support strategic initiatives, assist in process documentation, optimize business processes, and manage data resources for enhanced customer experiences.

The Community Intern will support Sleek's entrepreneur community growth, engagement, and events, while collaborating on content and metrics reporting.
