As a BPM Intern, you'll support strategic initiatives, assist in process documentation, optimize business processes, and manage data resources for enhanced customer experiences.

Lead Sleek's brand across core markets. Own brand narrative, positioning, reputation management, referral programs, social and community growth, and creative/visual identity. Deliver measurable growth outcomes (awareness, leads, referrals, Trustpilot score) by treating brand as a growth lever and using data to optimize performance.

Own and execute Sleek's multi-platform social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Produce short-form video, graphics, copy and campaigns; manage community engagement, social listening and performance reporting. Use data and trends to drive organic growth and translate social content into measurable business impact.

Support daily payments operations including monitoring, reconciliation, investigating exceptions, and resolving issues with banks/processors. Produce payment cost and behaviour insights, document processes, assist compliance (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS), and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Customer Success and Tech to improve payment flows and operational efficiency.

The Community Intern will support Sleek's entrepreneur community growth, engagement, and events, while collaborating on content and metrics reporting.

Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative sales conversations with founders, startups and SMEs. Advise on Sleek services, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with sales team, use AI tools to prepare and qualify leads, and contribute process improvements to increase conversion.
