What you will do

Associates and Engagement Managers are key members of our consulting teams, working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead consulting teams on finance, risk and restructuring engagements, managing analyses, workstreams and project delivery.

  • Develop insights by translating analyses into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.

  • Manage projects through effective planning, stakeholder management and coaching of junior team members.

  • Build client relationships by partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.

  • Deliver analytical excellence through financial, operational and risk analyses, leveraging modern tooling (e.g., automation, advanced analytics and GenAI-assisted workflows where appropriate) to accelerate insight generation and improve quality

  • Support client work across areas including finance transformation, enterprise risk, treasury, regulatory change, operational resilience and broader business transformation, including opportunities to improve data foundations, reporting, decisioning and model governance.

What you will bring

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about solving complex business problems.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience: 4-6 years (Associate) or 7-10 years (Engagement Manager) ideally with a top-tier consulting firm, financial services or industry, with experience in finance, risk, treasury, restructuring or transformation.

  • Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing workstreams in fast-paced environments.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Education: Undergraduate or advanced degree from strong academic program

  • Curiosity: An investigate approach – enjoys “sniffing out clues” in data and identifying  key issues in complex challenges

  • Analytics & AI mindset: Comfortable working with large/complex datasets, forming hypotheses and using analytical tools to generate insights. Interest in AI/GenAI applications in finance and risk (e.g., analytics-driven decisioning, automation, model governance, controls).
