Senior investment professional responsible for developing and delivering Mercer Wealth's alternatives strategy across Asia (ex-Japan). Lead product development, portfolio construction, client-facing advising, business development, and cross-regional coordination across private equity, private debt, real assets, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

Lead and manage finance, risk and restructuring consulting engagements; run analyses and workstreams, translate results into executive recommendations, coach junior staff, manage stakeholders and project delivery, and apply automation, advanced analytics and GenAI-assisted workflows to improve insights, reporting and model governance.

Support AI Capability & Adoption through structured prompt experimentation, custom GPT testing, lightweight workflow prototyping, documentation of exemplars, and coaching/enablement to scale responsible AI usage across the firm.

Lead and manage complex private capital and financial-services consulting engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and client presentations, develop client relationships, support business development and thought leadership, and mentor junior staff. Drive project execution, modeling, research, and commercial discussions alongside Partners.

Support regional Practice Leaders by managing practice operations, PMO tasks, and special projects; drive commercial effectiveness and BD support (pipeline, RFPs, key client strategy); coordinate with Finance, KM, Marketing and other teams; implement process improvements, track KPIs and budgets; plan meetings, events and partner communications; champion regional/global best practices and change initiatives.

Design, build, and deploy production AI/ML and Generative AI solutions (LLM apps, RAG, agentic workflows). Build data pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud-deployed architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP). Collaborate with stakeholders, embed responsible AI and governance, and create reusable assets and best practices to scale AI across the organization.

Lead regional AI adoption by embedding LLMs, copilots, assistants and automation into consulting and support workflows. Drive strategy, governance, capability building, use-case scaling, prototyping, change management, KPI tracking and responsible AI practices in partnership with regional leaders and technical teams.
