Lead regional AI adoption by embedding LLMs, copilots, assistants and automation into consulting and support workflows. Drive strategy, governance, capability building, use-case scaling, prototyping, change management, KPI tracking and responsible AI practices in partnership with regional leaders and technical teams.

Lead and manage complex private capital and financial-services consulting engagements, deliver high-quality analysis and client presentations, develop client relationships, support business development and thought leadership, and mentor junior staff. Drive project execution, modeling, research, and commercial discussions alongside Partners.

Lead HR business partnering and HC operations for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Oversee Shared Service Centre and payroll, drive process improvements and AI-enabled automation, manage employee relations and investigations, support talent, rewards, and change initiatives, and coach HC teams and leaders to ensure compliant, efficient, and consistent employee experiences across the region.
