How You Succeed

Build strong insight into client needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
Partner closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth
Develop and execute targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives
Cultivate trusted relationships with offshore partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of strategies
Stay agile and responsive to changing market conditions while maintaining focus on long-term objectives
What You Do
Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in offshore markets
Identify and unlock new business opportunities through collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams
Design and implement targeted campaigns to enhance market penetration and client engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners, clients, and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions
Partner with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and deliver business performance goals
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus
Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, sales, or marketing, preferably within offshore or international markets
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and geographies
Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
