International Wealth Business Manager

How You Succeed

Success in this role comes from a deep understanding of offshore client segments, combined with a proactive and strategic mindset. You will:

  • Build strong insight into client needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning

  • Partner closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth

  • Develop and execute targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with offshore partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of strategies

  • Stay agile and responsive to changing market conditions while maintaining focus on long-term objectives

What You Do

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in offshore markets

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities through collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams

  • Design and implement targeted campaigns to enhance market penetration and client engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners, clients, and stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions

  • Partner with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and deliver business performance goals

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, sales, or marketing, preferably within offshore or international markets

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and geographies

  • Excellent communication and influencing capabilities

  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
