Support the delivery and continuous improvement of travel management services across APAC. The role partners with key stakeholders, travel suppliers, and Travel Management Companies to ensure effective travel operations, technology adoption, data management, and policy compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key contact for APAC travel bookers and stakeholders, providing guidance on travel policies, processes, systems, and industry updates.
Partner with Travel Management Companies, travel suppliers, and the Global Travel Manager to manage service delivery, resolve issues, and support sourcing initiatives.
Support regional implementation of travel technology projects and maintain APAC travel platforms and communications.
Manage travel data and reporting, providing dashboards and insights to support decision-making and compliance.
Support governance activities, including travel approver/exemption management and adherence to global travel policies.
Coordinate regional user group meetings, training, communications, and feedback.
Support global travel initiatives and projects, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in travel management, corporate travel, procurement, operations, or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with suppliers and stakeholders across multiple markets.
Comfortable working with travel technology, data, reporting, and digital platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of travel policies, processes, compliance, and supplier management.
