The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with five years of professional experience in telecom, networking, or systems engineering.

Deliver packages and parcels using assigned vehicle or motorbike. Must hold appropriate driving license and have at least one year of professional driving experience. Ensure safe, timely transport and adhere to company policies and customer service standards.

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Vice President and Managing Director, including calendar and travel management, stakeholder communication, event coordination, report and presentation preparation, project follow-up, IT and document management, and occasional after-hours support to meet global business needs.

Lead selection, onboarding, integration, and optimization of third‑party air capacity across Asia Pacific. Conduct market and network analyses, develop capacity strategies, manage partner performance, coordinate cross‑functional implementations, resolve operational disruptions, and build analytics, dashboards, and process automation to improve network efficiency and resilience.

Manage and centralize customized services to retain customers and drive revenue and gross margin growth. Oversee SOP execution, vendor relationships, service performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Provide tax advisory and compliance support across multiple APAC markets, manage tax risks, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors, support audits and tax planning, maintain tax governance, and identify process improvements.
