Creates customer value propositions and marketing content, manages agency and partner relationships, and supports regional marketing programs.

Acts as a trusted advisor while partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, customer-focused solutions.

Leads cross-functional air network projects across Asia-Pacific, advising on customer linehaul requests and designing cost-effective routing, capacity, and schedule solutions. Coordinates with airline partners, vendors, operations, procurement, and planning teams to implement network solutions. Develops automation tools and planning-system improvements while tracking performance, supporting route launches, and managing operational execution.
