Lead regional FP&A activities including monthly revenue and expense forecasting, annual budgeting, variance and profitability analyses, business case financials and scenario testing, and provide financial advisory for network operations and pricing to support strategic decisions.

Lead and manage Singapore ground operations team to ensure timely pickup, sorting, and dispatch of shipments. Oversee staffing, rostering, performance management, process compliance, KPI monitoring, reporting, budgeting, projects, and continuous improvement to meet operational and regulatory goals.

The role involves building relationships with customers, crafting sales pitches, executing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Requires experience in sales and preferably knowledge in logistics.
