Manager, Special Services (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customized services centrally, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction through effective implementation of procedures and policies.

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and service performance, fostering a positive work environment conducive to high-quality service delivery.

  • Execute standard operating procedures for each product, maintaining consistency and efficiency in service delivery.

  • Achieve and drive gross margin growth through strategic pricing and cost management initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies, managing adherence to processes and procedures.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Oversee vendor management activities, maintaining productive relationships and negotiating favorable terms.

  • Monitor and optimize service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service objectives with overall business goals and objectives.

You Would Be a Great Fit if you have:

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience is required
