Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Bank’s business for designated markets by developing and implementing a targeted marketing strategy to achieve objectives in growing the client base and meeting NNM/ revenue targets.

  • Improve the client experience at all touch points, which include print or online collateral, video production and, client engagement at both online and offline events.

  • Provide a holistic brand experience and maintain consistency in key messages that promote the Bank’s unique value proposition, brand values and personality.

  • Build public awareness, positive brand perception, and preference among key stakeholders, especially our selected target segments.

  • Develop strategies and tactics to promote the Bank and drive qualified prospects to our events for RMs to follow up

  • Deploy successful marketing initiatives and owning their implementation from ideation and conceptualization to execution

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

Main Duties

  • Conceptualise and curate programme content, driving end-to-end events for designated markets.  

  • Provide internal and external communications support such as event invitations, speeches, presentations, pre/post event write-ups, post event surveys, video production, and social media content creation.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (in discussion with GBC), to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture relationships with our target audience through compelling digital content and interactive campaigns.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and curate digital content, including website copy, marketing videos, and social media visuals, ensure strict alignment with our brand voice and objectives.

  • Provide occasional/ad-hoc support for internal events (Limited)

  • Craft event-related content, speeches, presentations, pre/post event summaries, event surveys, and track ROI or event success for external events.

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for designated markets.

  • Measure and report ROI, gain insights and assess results against goals.

  • Build strategic partnerships with external ecosystem partners to support the Bank’s business growth.

  • Provide strategic and tactical counsel to key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking or finance industry, preferable private banking/wealth management
  • Demonstrate experience or potential in marketing plus willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate versatility and resiliency to react to changes, navigate ambiguous circumstances and accommodate to changing priorities as they arise
  • Independent and demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven skills in identifying target segments and in creatively devising communication messages/ translation copy that engage, educate and motivate
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Solid knowledge of the various marketing disciplines of branding, event management and digital marketing
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Must be team player with "CAN-DO" attitude
