Key Responsibilities – Marketing Executive, Accor Plus

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention with a specific focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
  • Create and manage market-relevant content and campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support email marketing, website offers, and social media campaigns aligned with the member journey and CRM strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing projects, presentations, reports, and day-to-day activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Accor hotels, Accor Plus, and Accor Loyalty Marketing teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Represent Accor Plus professionally, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will be a Marketing professional who has a passion for all things travel, experiences & lifestyle. To be successful in this role, you must:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Marketing Role
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Previous experience working on email & social media campaigns

Other advantageous qualities (but not mandatory) would include previous experience using Salesforce Cloud, WordPress, as well as Cantonese language skills.
