As an Executive Director, you will be part of the team that is active in all major Commodities globally, and develop financial solutions to help clients manage risk, increase returns and solve complex financial problems. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, helping to solve a range of challenging and interesting business issues. In an ever-changing global markets you'll spend your time exploring the sophisticated financial solutions we deliver across Commodities to a wide set of clients. The skills you develop and the professional network you build will serve as a solid foundation for your career.
Job Responsibilities :

  • Product Lead for the APAC Energy Sales, and lead the Energy sales team for the region
  • Manage senior client relationships in the oil and gas space and relationships with various stakeholders internally
  • Work with global sales team members to cover clients in oil and/or gas space
  • Trade ideation and execution
  • Price different structures, and communicate actively with clients on chats and phone
  • Work with trading teams in providing solutions for clients


Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant sales or trading role
  • General understanding of Commodities markets, and previous relevant experience in oil and/or gas commodities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
  • Possess strong interest in Commodities , especially in the Energy space and with knowledge of global financial markets, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent leadership &mentoring skills, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure and enjoy a collaborative environment.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • General understanding of Commodities markets, leadership role in driving and running Energy business for a region/sub-region
