We're looking for an experienced Executive Program Manager to join our APJ Marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, APJ, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Lead planning and manage executions of C-level campaigns & programs, including the regional Executive Briefing Center program, exceeding set KPIs for awareness and demand in APJ
  • Optimize, customize, and scale global/regional marketing campaigns, C-level contents and marketing mix aligned to executive audiences & accounts in APJ
  • Strategize C-level ABM framework for APJ to drive outcomes for each market
  • Collaborate with the global campaigns team, sales & channel and the rest of the GTM teams to effectively adapt, plan and execute executive campaigns at scale
  • Support the integrated marketing campaign execution, when needed, in partnership with the APJ growth marketing team

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management and people leadership skills in b2b tech companies across APJ
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and channels (ABM and related tools, web, social, SEM, display, content syndication, retargeting, webinar, email, mobile, community) including marketing automation capabilities and how to utilize them to engage target persona
  • Field marketing experience
  • Experience in extensive interaction with sales and field marketing teams, working cross-functionally in a diverse APJ environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred.
  • Experience in executive program development & management, especially managing EBCs
  • Industry knowledge relevant to cloud security is an advantage
