What You’ll Do:  

We’re seeking a proactive and highly-organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team! Based in Singapore, this role will play a key part in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns across the APAC region. Reporting to the APAC PR and Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for a collaborative team player with a passion for brand building, creative storytelling, and the fast-evolving world of technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Local Marketing Support: Work with the APAC PR & Marketing Manager to develop and execute local/regional marketing plans that are aligned with key business metrics 
  • Content Creation: Develop valuable insights, reports, research and sales materials to empower client-facing teams and support business growth
  • Branding: Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event follow-up
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Utilise CRM platform to manage email marketing campaigns, set-up event landing pages and forms
  • Identify Opportunities: Explore new ways to engage potential clients and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence by producing engaging, region-specific posts and analysing performance to optimise engagement  
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor budgets, maintain schedules and manage deadlines to ensure smooth and efficient execution of marketing initiatives 


What Will I Bring? 


  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a marketing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable and enthusiasm to learn
  • Prior understanding of the ad tech and media agency space
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Familiar with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn 
  • Experience in event planning or trade show management is a plus
