We are seeking a highly organised and creative marketing coordinator to join our marketing team with a focus on designing and executing house events. While part of the wider marketing team, the candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating a variety of marketing- and sales-driven events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, promotional events, and client events. We are looking for someone who is proactive with excellent project management and communication skills, who can contribute to enhancing our marketing and sales efforts through impactful events.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning & Execution
- Organise online and offline events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and client engagement events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Develop and manage timelines, vendors, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate event setup, teardown, and on-site management.
- Ensure all events are executed within budget and meet established objectives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure all logistical elements are in place for seamless event execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
- Manage contracts and invoices related to event expenses.
Campaign Execution and Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and lifecycle) and external partners to create impactful campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
- At least 1-2 years related experience in event planning or marketing
- Self-driven to independently complete assigned research and projects under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
