As part of Grab's Singapore Marketing Team, you'll support our largest business vertical: Mobility. This team plays a key role in driving growth and achieving strategic goals, contributing directly to Grab's mission of becoming Southeast Asia's leading superapp.
Get to Know the Role
In this role, you'll lead and deliver consumer marketing initiatives and driver engagement strategies that deepen brand connection, drive service adoption, and enhance overall user experience. You'll report to the Mobility Marketing Head and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Business, Operations, and Creative to develop integrated campaigns and communication plans that support business objectives.
This role will be based on-site at our Grab one north office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns targeting both consumers and drivers, aligned with company goals.
- Craft compelling communications and content that build trust, loyalty, and engagement with Grab's mobility services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive user acquisition and strengthen brand perception.
- Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies through a test-and-learn approach.
- Ensure seamless coordination across teams including Creative, Legal, and Compliance to deliver campaigns well.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Strong marketing mix expertise - familiar with both ATL and BTL strategies, and a solid understanding of Singapore's media landscape.
- Data-driven approach with experience interpreting digital metrics and applying insights to improve outcomes.
- Creative thinker and collaborator with a keen eye for effective campaign ideas and the ability to manage the creative process.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in crafting clear, engaging content.
- Adaptable and proactive—you thrive in a dynamic environment and are energized by new challenges.
- Bonus: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Years of experience: 2 - 3 years
