The role

Based in Singapore, the Marketing and Communications Specialist strengthens the employer identity and the business visibility of the group in Singapore and Malaysia. • Develop and deliver a local communications plan with leadership, HR and Business Development, aligned with regional priorities.
  • Coordinate stakeholder inputs, approvals and external suppliers, in line with brand guidelines and confidentiality.
  • Contribute local stories to regional channels.
  • Track digital and campaign performance and report results quarterly.

  • A portfolio showing creative ideas, social media content and campaigns with clear objectives and results.
  • Confident with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent; practical photography and short-form video skills. Website content management and digital analytics are an advantage.
  • Proactive and organised, able to work independently and build relationships with HR, commercial and technical teams.
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B, engineering, infrastructure or another technical sector is an advantage. Occasional travel to Malaysia and project sites.
