Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Intern to support the revamp of our internal intranet website and manage content for the Offshore Solutions business segment's external webpage. This role is ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related fields who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B industrial marketing and digital content management.

The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid

  • Support the redesign and restructuring of the Hub Asia intranet site by collecting, organizing, and categorizing content from multiple business units across the region to improve navigation, user experience, and information accessibility
  • Manage content for the Offshore Solutions external webpage by organizing stories, case studies, and marketing materials provided by the team
  • Coordinate with ABB's global web team to ensure content is formatted, uploaded, and published in optimal formats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain content calendars, inventories, and project trackers to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure all content aligns with ABB's brand guidelines and communication standards
  • Monitor webpage performance, assist in testing new features, and flag improvement opportunities

Qualifications for the role

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Business, or related fields
  • Strong written communication skills in English and keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitefinity, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, energy sector, or industrial technology
