Ensure compliance with ABB policies, contractual requirements, project standards, and HSE expectations while delivering committed results. The role requires collaboration across supply chain, project teams, stakeholders, and customers, with regional travel as needed.

Oversee end-to-end techno-commercial bid development for industrial automation and energy opportunities. Define technical solutions and commercial positioning, coordinate Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Project Execution inputs, manage costing and margin analysis, ensure bid governance and documentation, support customer negotiations, monitor progress, and conduct risk reviews and win/loss analysis.

Serve as regional marketing and sales finance business partner for Low Voltage Switchgear Systems and Critical Power across SEA. Monitor and analyze financial performance, support forecasting, tender and project costing, monthly closing and reporting, ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP, and support regional finance organization development.

Drive ABB product, system, and service sales across Southeast Asia’s pulp, paper, fiber, and process industries. Develop account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, build customer relationships, qualify and close opportunities, lead proposals and negotiations, and identify new business. Collaborate with technical, service, and commercial teams to deliver value-driven automation and electrical solutions. Support customer site activities while maintaining ABB safety standards and communicating effectively in Mandarin and English.

Assist the Channel Marketing Manager with the execution of business growth plans, prepare reports, support promotions, and collaborate with sales teams.

Design redundant OT network architectures, develop IEC 62443-aligned cybersecurity specifications, deploy IDS/monitoring (Claroty/Nozomi), produce security deliverables, ensure maritime cyber resilience compliance, and participate in FAT/SAT and commissioning.
