Teams at ABB

Leads small to medium industrial projects from execution through customer acceptance and closeout. Manages scope, schedules, resources, risks, project financials, contracts, claims, procurement, suppliers, stakeholders, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with ABB policies, contractual requirements, safety standards, and project management best practices.

Designs and supports low- to medium-complexity DCS and automation engineering projects. Responsibilities include applying engineering procedures, verifying designs, supporting testing, installation and commissioning, preparing project proposals, and providing technical support in customer-facing environments.

Supports sales and proposal processes by preparing quotations, tenders, customer materials, and commercial and technical documentation. Coordinates information across sales teams and stakeholders, tracks proposal progress, maintains accurate records, assists with market and opportunity analysis, and contributes to process improvements. The role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, bid management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within ABB’s drives and PLC business.
