Supervise cross-discipline teams, review RFQs, design IEC 61850-based PMS (MMS/GOOSE), implement network schemes (RSTP/HSR/PRP/MRP), integrate LV/HV switchgear via Modbus/Profibus/Profinet, support FAT, commissioning, and troubleshoot networks with tools like Wireshark.

Lead and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier reliability. Support sales bids by engaging suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring offers meet project requirements. Maintain supplier visibility, manage handovers to project execution, run supplier kick-offs, and develop the local supplier base including qualifying new suppliers. Ensure compliance with procurement and logistics procedures and deliver training as needed.

Sell low-voltage components to panel builders in Singapore, meet sales targets, grow orders/revenue/market share, develop customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, support sales administration and project/cash collection activities.
