Description:

Marketing Communications

  • Ideate, write, and produce engaging and effective marketing copy for campaigns, social media, and internal communications
  • Support campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
  • Help coordinate marketing assets and timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports

Visual Content Creation

  • Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva for social media, email, and internal use
  • Adapt existing templates and create new ones for recurring content formats
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communications materials
  • Source and organise image assets and maintain a design repository

Events 

  • Contribute to the planning and on-site execution of events
  • Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors for smooth implementation of the events 

Team Support & Coordination

  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc requests from the team, including research, presentations, and administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit for a period of 5-6 months from September/October onwards
  • Credit Bearing Internship
  • General Degree or Diploma, preferably in Marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written
  • Resourceful, positive thinker and problem solver with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bubbly personality with a can-do attitude, someone who brings good energy to the team
